"Nice hotel with an excellent location. Really good breakfast. The bed was a little bit too hard. The rooftop sauna was nice, but the terrace was really tiny. The gym lacked some heavier weights and both treadmills got locked for no apparent reason. Very nice staff in the reception. Nice little cafe in the same building. Easy transportation to the airport with tram and train."

"Our Jr Suite was excellent and the staff were amazing. We would have rated it the property higher but the Air conditioning was out and as it was 30c during day we had to have our balcony doors and windows open all night and which opened to a busy street. They did give us a 10euro voucher for the bar but this didn’t not make up for the restless sleep we had."

"Fully enjoyed my stay here. The staff were lovely and the property is clean and quiet. It’s in a great location as well. I was driving and very happy that they had parking available. Breakfast was very nice and they even had fresh orange juice which I appreciated. I’d stay again."

"It’s a great hotel in an excellent location for walking around Graz, with plenty to see and tons of restaurants nearby. There is a public transportation hub very close, and a dedicated taxi stand across from the lobby doors. The rooms are very nice, and the hotel has a very upscale and modern feel, which isn’t generally my style, but there’s nothing to complain about as far as aesthetics and appeal of the property’s design. Nice, adequate breakfast provided, but lacking an actual dining area (you kind of have to eat in the lobby)—still nothing that I’d find to complain about. The staff are very warm and friendly. I enjoyed my stay very much. Photos include a view from my room."
