Good for money but parking space in front cosmos was 4 only where occupancy was 8 rooms so others need to park little away from stay ofcourse it is walkable . Kitchen utensils was very very basic other than that it was perfect and clean.

Great location with easy access to Irabuohashi Bridge and close to shopping areas. Free parking around property. Booked a superior twin room. Caution: the walls are thin between rooms and you will hear your neighbors having normal conversations. Additionally, the property heavily stages its room example photos, as the room we stayed in was bare bones with plain white bedding and no room decorations whatsoever (in contrast to the bright and vibrant room photos shown as room examples). The difference was so drastic that I questioned if I was assigned the correct type of room after checking-in. Okay place to stay if you expect to be out and about most of the day. Not really a resort type property.

キッチン、洗濯機乾燥機が付いていて 調理器具や食器、レンジ、トースター 全て完備されていたので、近くの道の駅で 食材を買って地元の物を沢山食べられて 良かったです。 すぐ近くに、カフェもあって美味しい 珈琲も飲めたし最高でした。

とても可愛らしいお部屋で電気製品等もお洒落でとても良かったです。少し歩けば街の繁華街へも行けるし、近くにコンビニがあるのも良かったです。洗濯乾燥機はありますが、洗濯物を干すスペースがあるともっと良かったです。

立地抜群！綺麗！マットレスきもちい！ よく眠れました。 ホテル、と言うよりはアパートメントタイプで長期滞在向け。 海のアクティビティで洗濯物が増えがちな宮古では洗濯機付きの部屋が重宝します。大変助かりました！ 強いてゆうなら、ルームチェックイン場所がブルーシールアイスクリームの店の横だという事を念入りに教えて頂ければ迷わずに行けたと感じます。チェックイン場所が分からなくて迷いました。

夕方は部屋に熱がこもっていてエアコンが効かないのに扇風機などもないし、湿気がある。 コンセントが1箇所使えない。 壁やエアコン、スイッチ周りにカビがあり、カビ臭い。 wi-fiも主電源が入っていなくてつかえなかった。 床はシミがある。 安いが写真との比較差がありすぎる。清潔さは感じられない。

Wir waren nur drei Nächte dort. Es hatte recht viel geregnet. Da viel mir negativ auf, dass es keine Dachrinnen für das Regenwasser gibt. An der Eingangstür bekam man immer eine Extra Dusche beim rein- und rausgehen. Das gleiche gilt für die Fensterseite. Das Regenwasser tropfte immer auf die Fensterbank. Dazu gab es keine Lichtschalter, Lampen oder Steckdosen am Bett. Um das Licht ein- und auszuschalten musste man immer aufstehen. Es gab als Frühstücksauswahl nur 4 Varianten in einer Pizzeria neben der Rezeption. Das Frühstück war nur über eine Vorbestellung möglich. Wir haben daher dort nie gegessen. Weil die Rezeption auch in einen anderen Gebäude die Straße runter war, gab es auch keine wirkliche Kommunikation mit dem Personal. Bei der Buchung wurde uns eigentlich ein Zimmer mit Terrasse angeboten. Unser Zimmer hatte keine Terrasse oder Balkon. Die Terrasse, die wir dort gesehen haben waren auch nicht besonders gemütlich. Die Terrassen haben keine Aussicht auf irgend etwas. Vor dem Gebäude ist auch eine neue Baustelle. Diese fängt in der Woche gegen 7-7:30 Uhr mit der Arbeit an. Dann ist es sehr laut dort.

La struttura di per sé è valida sia per lo spazio a disposizione sia per la cucina completa che le biciclette a disposizione. Il vero problema è però il forte odore di umidità che nonostante l'umidificatore sempre acceso non siamo riusciti a debellare. Peccato perché la struttura sarebbe veramente valida in termini di prezzo servizi.

色々観光したりアクティビティなどで泊まるだけというのであれば、綺麗で立地も良いので快適。飲食店街も車で10分位、キッチンもあるのでご飯も自炊も可能。洗濯機も嬉しい。 ただ壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の声やイビキがうっすら聞こえて来てたのでその辺り神経質な方は気をつけた方が良いです。

広くて清潔な部屋

清潔で広くて一部屋は余分にある感じて4人でもゆったりと過ごせました。ただ雨だったので玄関ドア前の屋根が無いのでドアを開けて荷物を入れる時濡れてしまい出入りごとに濡れました。もう一つはベッドルームの小さな電気がないので部屋の電気を消すと真っ暗なので不自由でした。それ以外は最高でした。

広く清潔な部屋で、洗濯機・乾燥機などもあって、非常に過ごしやすかった。 土地柄か、ややジメッとして排水口からの匂いなどがあった（正直これはかなりどうしようもないのでそんなに評価を下げる要因ではないと思う） ベッドサイドにコンセントがないので、枕元でスマホを充電できないのはやや渋く、改善の余地があると思った。
