Excellent hotel, staff were incredibly helpful when I needed to forward my bags to the next hotel. Rooms are large and spacious and very close to Universal and shops would definitely stay again.

Excellent location! Subway is just downstairs, supermarket is right outside, konbini nearby and jus few minutes walke from Dotonbori! Staffs are friendly too :)

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. The location is still considered convenient, with around a 10-minute walk from Osaka Station. However, the station area is extremely large and involves a lot of walking through crowded underground passages and shopping areas. It would have felt much more manageable if there were travellators along the route, those with leg problems or heavy luggage, may find the walking tiring after a long day.

Stayed 4 nights and with one exception everything was very good. Excellent location close to several metro stations and the hustle and bustle of Namba and Dotombori, but still quiet and peaceful in room. Room was huge and very well equipped, including fridge and microwave. Staff were pleasant and helpful with a general exception about breakfast. And breakfast was the let down - although there a variety of breakfast items the hot options were, at best luke warm (there was a microwave available), the one working toaster was the slowest I've ever encountered (seriously 5 mins for a slice of toast). Also although the breakfast is available to 10 nothing will be cooked after 9:30 ( we were told this at check-in) but we did witness a customer arrive at 9:35, the scrambled eggs had run out at 9:25 and we're not replenished, the customer asked if they could have some and we're flatly refused. Would I stay here again? Yes, but some simple changes to breakfast would improve things greatly.
