The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They assisted with booking taxis and day tours as well as making sure we had a great overall experience. Romana at the front desk was fabulous. Very helpful and kind.

Central location but not necessarily the prettiest are of downtown Prague. The hotel lobby decor is awful and the deodorizer they spray are disgusting (subjective point of view). The room (no upgrade available for any of our 3 nights) was good but view to the internal side was depressing. Breakfast was good and breakfast service staff and front desk was excellent. I’ll try to find something better next time I am in Prague.

The beds were so comfortable. I slept through the night without waking up in the middle. The room and bathroom were spotless, with towels and toiletries as well as bottled water and tea/coffee making facilities.
