"During Semana Santa, Montserrat should make sure they give rooms to their hotel’s customers as far away as possible from the bar where the restaurant’s customers party until 4 am! I was here to rest and sleep. It was possible from 4.30 am after the staff rearranged the bar and the annoying metallic chairs."

Expedia was trying to communicate with the hotel for full or even partial refund.
