"Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout confort et très design.Un ou deux points : le radiateur des deux salles de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Le robinet de l’évier de la cuisine était mal fixé, instable. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lave-vaisselle. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait très apprécié. Et avec un lave-linge, nous resterions une semaine de plus ! Sinon, merveilleux séjour."

"The apartment is much better than the pictures portraits. The rooftop terrace is huge and the view is beautiful. Kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and all amenities needed. Across the road you have the sea and city centre. Highly recommend this place!"

"Расположение квартиры близко от центра, рядом магазин, аптека и кафе. Квартира очень чистая и комфортно-мебелированная, большим плюсом было две отдельные спальни и сан.узла.
Но с парковкой машины всегда были большие трудности, собственного места для парковки не было и поиск свободного места занимал много времени.
Немного неприятно было , когда накануне мы предупредили о времени приезда и заселения, но когда пришли на адрес, то никого не было. Пришлось созваниваться и ждать минут 20 когда...

"The location is great for reaching the center of Genoa on foot. The building has been renovated and the apartment would have great potential.
The cleanliness leaves much to be desired: kitchen cabinets with stains and fingerprints everywhere, dirty dishes from previous guests in the dishwasher, dust in the corners, under the bed and layers of dust on the bathroom radiator and in the air vents, hair from previous guests.
We had booked for 3 people and only found the double bed prepared. The...
