"The location was on an alley. The room was tiny, barely big enough to hold a bed. It smelled horrible. Communication took a half hour between messages. The key was left on the air conditioner outside then another key on a fake windowsill between the doors - anyone who had ever stayed there before would be able to come into my room. "The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice, comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing breakfast with everything one can think of. The only thing is the staff is extremely unwelcoming, many of them give the feeling that if you ask something it's a burden for them. Unwilling to service even though this is their job and that's what they are there to do. I love the hotel and the property but I will probably not come back to this hotel and I will choose another of many good hotels in Jerusalem."
