Bella struttura in posizione strategica consigliatissima per vacanza con bambini visti il mini club e super animazione. Piscina a 28 gradi, bella area relax. Stanze un poco piccole per 4 persone. Cucina di qualità ma con sostituzione a pagamento dei piatti fissi. Quindi tutto bene ma con qualche dettaglio migliorabile

Not a hotel for people not speaking the language.

Is only recommend for families with children and people from Italy. The hotel is generally very noisy, and the children are allowed to see film in the restaurant. We did not use the pool, as it was full off noisy children. The service in the restaurant is bad if you don´t speak italian, because the staff does not speak english, and therefore trives to avoid customer who are not Italian. One evening we waited 50 minutes for first course. Suggestion: staff should learn english, separate families with children and no children in the restaurant, and reserve an hour for adults in the pool.

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel con il ns. cane golden retriever per 6 notti, ci siamo trovati bene, personale disponibile, cani ben accetti da tutti, camere pulite, centro benessere bellissimo, l'unica pecca è stato il cibo che ci ha lasciato delusi!! È essenziale arrivare all'apertura dei pasti altrimenti addio buffet, una volta finito è finito! Sulla qualità si può migliorare sicuramente!! A parte questo ci siamo trovati bene, lo consiglieremo!

Fantastic ski hotel for families

We had a great experience here. The hotel staff took good care of us from the moment we checked in. Upon checking in we were informed that an upgraded room with a private balcony was available and we could have it at no additional cost. The front desk staff helped us with anything we needed during our stay from that point forward. We have a two year old and the children's programs here are great; please note that children under four still need an adult present. The activities team went out of their way to be sweet to our daughter and she had a great time from playing at the indoor playground in the morning to "baby disco" after dinner. The bar is nice and the bar tender will take excellent care of you if you stop in for a beer. The "full board" option is the way to go for dining if you don't want to take winding mountain roads to the main town in the valley for every meal. Imagine cruise ship style dining without the cruise ship. The ladies in the spa will also take good care of you; please note that massages here are not an hour like you may be accustomed to. This hotel features ski in and out access at the back of This hotel features ski in and out access at the back of the hotel. There is also a ski shop on site with reasonable pricing and friendly service. Not only can you rent ski equipment, but they have sleds to rent and ski clothing to buy I case you forgot something. Lift tickets, however, cannot be purchased on site and require a short walk down to the lift area.
