It was a lovely place only 1 issue was trying to get into the grounds has the pad you had to tap the code in we was given didn't work & so we couldn't get in, if it hadn't been for a young couple that seen us & let us in don't know what we would have done, also we had the same problem with the code to get into our apartment & we wasn't the only people that had this issue we let in a few people while we was by the pool cause they couldn't get. In either.other than that would defo stay there again

The apartments are in an excellent location, the staff were lovely and attentive, the check-in process was a little different to what I'm used to as there is only a reception for a limited numbers of hours during the day outside these hours check-in involves receiving an email of the Access codes to the property and apartment and apartment number, there was a little mix up with our apartment number but we sorted it very quickly, all in all a very nice place to stay close to shops, restaurants the beach is a short walk, enjoyed our stay and are considering a return.

Great location and pretty clean and comfortable. However, if you arrive or check out on a weekend, beware! This is called a hotel but its actually an apartment complex. Reception is only onsite Monday - Friday 11 - 6pm. If you arrive or depart outwith these times its a bit of an issue. We arrived 9.30pm on a Saturday night. I had contacted the property 10 days prior and was told I would have my room number and codes sent on day of arrival. Arrived in the airport at 7.30pm and still hadn't received anything. I messaged the property and had no reply. When I arrived, I called the reception number on the gate and it took 20 minutes for the lady to realise I was trying to check in to corona cedral as the phone number connects to a different EO hotel. Quite stressful! On checkout, there was no one working reception so nowhere to leave our luggage when checking out at 11am. We asked for late check out but it wasn't possible. Luckily, some lovely ladies a couple of rooms down kindly offered to watch our luggage but the codes to the complex ran out at 11am so we had to rely on other people to let us back in to collect our suitcases before our transfer picked us up. There is a WhatsApp chat which is meant to answer any issues but we used this a few times and never got a reply. Overall, the rooms are pretty clean and have what you need. Just be aware that this isn't a hotel and you are pretty much left on your own most of the time. Reception and WhatsApp for issues are non existent.
