"The private onsen facility was exceptional; however, its limited availability to a single use per stay was a notable drawback. The staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. The retail establishment was situated at a considerable distance from the hotel premises. Furthermore, the public onsen was unfortunately out of service during our visit."

Finally found out that the receipt was left in the receptionist (I forgot to take it due to I was too tired). So humiliating. The hotel itself and the receptionist was very helpful. The hotel is safe (has a gate) and clean."
