“It was such a lovely place to stay. So clean and beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable with lovely crisp bed linen. The shower was fantastic! I had a little trouble finding a parking space so arrived a bit later than expected, this was no trouble for the manager, he waited for me to arrive and came to greet me outside the building then showed me to my room. “We were very disappointed in the service . We informed them we would be late arriving ( after services closed) due to change of flight .when w E arrived , no key , no code to get a key , nothing . Several text messages went unanswered, phone calls went to an answering machine. Finally we had to find other accommodation at midnight . Next morning no reply from them until after midday when. “Great location with easy mobility around the city. Needs to have better, clear instructions on how to access the inside of the building and rooms. My husband said that the bedroom rug was dirty. Overall 8/10.”

“Small room (but we only paid for a small room) however it was clean and comfortable Umberto the host was very courteous and helpful the location in Bari Vecchia (Old Town) was excellent easy to walk to the major sites of interest and local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.”
