$16 for coffee in room. Not allowed to store anything in fridge as it was only for guests to purchase high-priced items. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t provide free coffee in the room. Very disappointing.

Fantastically helpful lady on front desk (just returned from time off), clean good sized family room, nice breakfast, great location. Would recommend and family friendly. Only downside was no kettle in our room and the total has no bar or ability to buy drinks/snacks outside of breakfast hours which, after a lot of walking each day, was missed.

Breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options to choose from. The hotel is brand new, beautiful and spotless. The staff are all very kind and helpful. I also liked the location of the hotel. It is a short walk from Roma Termini station- which matters if you are pulling a suitcase. It is also an easy walk to Rome’s points of interest.
