"In-room coffee service stinks. Check In clerks hurry through the process in heavily accented English. Unable to understand what was being presented on the map of the property. We missed several important things."

"This is a lovely resort in Maui, the complex is low rise (unlike most of the high rise hotel chains surrounding it), has very pretty grounds which are immaculately kept and has a beautiful beach and the clearest sea I have ever swam in. Our apartment was incredibly well appointed and very stylish. It had everything we needed and we were well looked after with beach towels, house keeping etc. Castaway Cafe is a lovely chilled spot to watch the sunset. Just to note that there are no tennis courts as the listing suggests but there is a tennis ranch next door where you can pay to play. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this resort."

"Very nice, spacious room. Beautiful balcony. The information provided regarding drinks if you would like an adult beverage at beach or pool is misleading and not convenient. You have to walk to a restaurant a few buildings down to get a drink and bring it back. Staff were very polite and accommodating. It is quiet and relaxing. I was impressed you couldn’t hear other guests and were able to fully relax."
