“Le mobilier était vétuste et abîmé. La suite sentait le renfermé, nous avons dû ouvrir toutes les fenêtres pour aérer. Nous avons dû demander après 3 jours que certaines pièces soient balayées. Pas moyen d’avoir des vêtements lavés car soit la personne en charge état trop occupée ou parce qu’une machine ne fonctionnait pas. ”

“This is a beautiful little spot about a 20-minute walk from downtown Paramaribo. I also stayed downtown, and can surely say I much prefer being away from the noise and crowds of the city center. Villa Famiri is in a quiet, safe neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. You can also walk to downtown though it's not a nice walk (no sidewalks, lots of trash and standing water, lots of traffic). They have a lovely common area and pool so it's great for relaxing. The amenities, the fact that whatever place you stay, you still have access to the other parts of the Torarica group properties. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety for all tastes and preferences.
