Corfu Holiday Palace Hotel

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel for one night before we flew back to the UK from a holiday in Corfu and Paxos. We really cannot fault anything about this hotel. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent, plus lunch we ordered and drinks we were served by helpful staff cannot be faulted. The room was very spacious as we had a family suite. However the convenience of the hotel being right next to the airport was also the only one thing that is a negative, as aeroplanes took off and landed until way past 12 am at night and the first aeroplane out was at 4 am - all of which we could hear - loud and clear. But this did not bother us that much as we were only there for a one night stay. It is however not very likely that we would consider this hotel for any longer stays. Again staff was attentive and very helpful, ordering Taxis as you would need either a car or use Taxis to go into Corfu Town. Taxis are expensive on Corfu and so is car hire. Access to the beach was superb."

"Excellente établissement! À proximité de tout a pied. À mi-chemin entre le port et l'aéroport. Bâtiment datant de plus de 300 ans et la décoration et les restorations sont superbes. Propreté impeccable. Personnel très accueillant et aidant. L'air climatisé fonctionne très bien. Le petit-déjeuner inclus est excellent. Le restaurant sur le toit est superbe et la nourriture y est excellente également ... et que dire de la vue ... à couper le souffle ! Je recommande totalement!"

"Staff were amazing. Breakfast was amazing. Location nice. Beds are hard as boards but the ac runs very cold. Floors and toilets dated and leaky. Room was quiet. Pool was nice but shallow so it was warm water and closes at 6pm."

"The room was a nice size, the bed was amazing and comfortable. The bathroom, was amazingly clean with a great shower. There were also some extras that were unexpected!! Dental kit, (a godsend for me when I realised that I had forgotten my toothbrush!) a sewing kit, cotton wool, tissues, shoe cleaner, and a shaving kit, Towels were changed every day, the room was cleaned every day. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that but those partaking seemed happy enough. The reception is manned 24 hrs, the room door had a double lock on it plus a chain so as an older solo traveller I felt very safe. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Overall I had a lovely stay and would stay here again."
