"The hotel and gardens are a perfect setting, close to all you want in Menton. Pool and spa was is a bonus as rare in Menton.
Unfortunately our room 430 was not the best, it overlooked the railway and was very small, other rooms in the hotel looked more inviting and would give you a more relaxed stay. Our air conditioning was not working and temperatures were 39 degrees. Reception staff were friendly but could not accommodate us to another room. This did rather spoil our visit as we dreaded going back to our room. The access corridors could do with a refresher as they felt clinical. The other areas of the hotel were very good, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful and not packed even though the hotel was full."
