You need to pre arrange check in! Amazing space!

Super cool apartment in the old wall city. NOTE: There is no reception and you need to contact Casa Palma for arrival to arrange meeting for keys and payment. It's like finding a apartment in an ancient maze, but amazing once you find it. We didn't know about contacting the host, we were horrified that it was just closed for the season, but once we called, it was very worth the extra trouble, best stay in Greece.

I stayed at Casa Palma for 5 nights and it was a great experience! I booked the apartment with 3 beds and it came with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, plates, coffee mugs and utensils (no microwave though). The entrance to the apartment was BEAUTIFUL and I was only 10 steps away from the sea. I had my own private terrace where I could watch the sun rise every morning while I drank my coffee. At night it was really quiet; during the day there is quite a few people that walks by because the apartment is right by the main entrance to the sea (there's only one entrance to the sea). Wifi worked great upstairs but did not work so well downstairs. I couldn't get the air conditioner to work but I also didn't bother to ask the host. Overall I loved the apartment and the location and would definitely book this same place if I were to go back.

Casa Palma was amazing! Stayed for 3 fantastic days in September. Very unique house with a great courtyard and many different seating areas to enjoy the water views. Centrally located close to the main alleyway with all the restaurants and shopping and only a few steps away from a swimming spot within the walls. We very much enjoyed our stay here and will stay again if in the area. Theodora the caretaker was also very helpful.

Excellent generally, marked down for inadequate lighting__ 3 dead light bulbs!!. No cutting knife.

Villa in monemvasia

This place was amazing. We just finished our first night and could not imagine anything better. It is like having a villa at the best location possible. Much better than a hotel. We chose the duplex, but the apartment also looked very nice. It is only 30 steps to the sea and swimming area. Note: the phone number to call upon arrival is +30-6977873947. The host Theodora is very nice.
