"The staff were all kind and friendly and were keen that we enjoyed the hotel and the village. The room was in excellent condition, with a clean modern bathroom."

"Overpriced and extremely noisy The room was very expensive for what it offers. My room was directly below a bar, with constant loud music, vibrations, and staff noise late at night and early in the morning. Poor sound insulation made it impossible to sleep. Definitely not worth the price and not recommended if you value rest."

"The area is a bit cold, there is a fireplace which is lovely, however opening a window for oxygen means mosquitoes and flies coming in. The cabin is amazing and right front the lake giving an amazing view. The lake is the highest lake in Colombia and second highest in Latin America. A place worth visiting."
