The property and room in general was nice. The pool area was good but didn’t use it due to weather and time of the year. Plenty of parking space available and a car is a necessity as property is nowhere near any towns/villages However, the staff weren’t very helpful and slow to accommodate our requests. We had to ask several times for an extra blanket for our room. When we tried to check in, no-one was at reception and waited over 20 minutes outside before someone returned. Breakfast was very limited and if you came towards to the end of service, there was next to no food. The breakfast staff themselves made no attempt to engage with you or ask if you wanted hot drinks, they just seemed to be washing up all the time. Needless to say, we won’t be returning to the property.

I went with friends exploring the area and chose this property to stay at. We booked two rooms and had dinner there. The food was wonderful, the wine was good and the rooms were great. I would definitely take friends there again. They had horses, goats and other animals onsite, the 5 year old kid that was with us really enjoyed the stay as well. He had a loft in the bedroom and enjoyed walking around the property and seeing the animals. Dinner at the property was very convenient since it was off season and many places nearby were closed.

Quiet retreat between Alberobello and Monopoli

Staff were fantastic went out of their way to support us and our schedule Communication via WhatsApp was personalised and useful Towels only changed every 2 days didnt suit us

A lot of potential

Very nicely renovated place. Swimming pool is awesome. Really safe and clean place. I believe that they have just started with a new consept after renovation. That's why they are still a couple of things they should rethink: restaurant is not always open for lunch and dinner - so you have to drive somewhere to eat. There should be a fridge in the room if the restaurant/bar is not open to get something to drink or eat. One evening the restaurant was open and dinner was great

Worst stay ever! Rooms are very old,not equipped at all, smelly, dirty, toilet was not flushing, not hot water and heater was not working. Staff is ver rude when we approached them about these issues and we left. Avoid this place!

Expérience horrible passé pendant une nuit! Beaucoup de bruit et nous avons été dérangé par un inconnu en plein soirée qui a essaiyer de rentrer dans notre chambre… par la suite, il a mit une note disant qu’il s’appel David et il nous aimait et il voulait qu’on aie au spa. Toute la soirée, nous n’avons pas pu dormir puisque nous avons eu peur

La Masseria è immersa nel verde, e’ ben tenuta. Le stanze sono spaziose e ben tenute. Il personale è disponibile. C’è una bella piscina (come diversivo dal mare). La spiaggia è distante circa 20-25 min verso Capitolo (Monopoli). Il ristorante offre una buona qualità di cibo e bevande.

Le cadre du domaine est très sympa, la piscine offre une belle vue et un cadre tranquille Cependant les chambres ne ressemblent pas aux photos et sont très mal insonorisées (nous entendu notre voisin ronfler) pas le top lors d’un voyage en couple. Nous avons dû également changer de chambre car la chasse d’eau avait une fuite et coulait en continue, le pommeau de douche était cassé et un lampe ne marchait pas. le transfert de chambre s’est bien passé néanmoins avec le personnel de l’hôtel. Globalement il y’a du bon comme du moins bon. Peut être plus adapté pour les familles que pour les couples qui recherchent de la tranquillité.

Struttura bella, accogliente, silenziosa e comoda come posizione per poter visitare le varie città, siamo stati molto bene, il ristorante è veramente top!!!mangiato benissimo!!!l’unico inconveniente sono state le formiche in camera, segnalata la problematica e risolto il problema per il singolo giorno, anche se poi il giorno successivo eravamo di nuovo invasi!!considerando che siamo in aperta campagna direi che lo sterminio delle formiche sia difficilmente attuabile, ma magari consiglierei al personale di fare maggiore attenzione. Come alloggio in ogni caso lo consiglio vivamente!!!!

Il nostro soggiorno all'insegna della tranquillità è andato ben oltre le aspettative con due cene davvero di qualità. Tutti in struttura sono stati disponibili e gentili. Consiglio il soggiorno infrasettimanale che potrebbe essere più tranquillo ovviamente rispetto al sabato-domenca. Piscina con panorama spettacolare.

Ce n’est pas du tout un hôtel mais plutôt un gîte, un lieu pour événement type mariage etc.. établissement clairement tourné vers cette activité qui semble avoir abandonné les clients de « l’hôtel », accueil sans sourire et impression de déranger les jours suivants (dévisagé lorsque l’on passe, vraiment très choquant d’être reçus ainsi), équipements défectueux dans la chambre (coffre ne fonctionne pas, le frigo non plus, lunettes des toilettes cassée, chasse d’eau défectueuse qui a goutté sans cesse, pommeau de douche qui ne tient plus, une seule lampe de chevet pour 4, deux tables de chevet pour 4), aucune dosette de café, et un sachet de thé daté. Aucun service, ni aucune salle à la disposition des clients, ménage non fait l’avant dernier jour, nous avons manqué deux jours de papier toilette, nous sommes donc allés en acheter. Petit déjeuner très décevant (rien de frais, très industriel premier prix, il faut réclamer du beurre, pas de fruit, rien de local, rien de fait maison) 4 sortes de gâteaux secs présentés très bas de gamme, deux jus d’orange au couleur fluo improbable. Rien de donne envie. Pas de lait pour les enfants. Plus de Nutella le dernier jour pour les enfants. Nous n’avons pas compris cet accueil si froid, ce manque d’implication, cette absence totale du service client. Les extérieurs sont eux magnifiques, mais c’est le seul point fort (sauf la piscine qui était verte). Nous gardons un souvenir amer de nos vacances, c’est un très mauvais souvenir.
