“Staff was amazing, rooms not so much, bathroom doors broken, lamps broken, phones broken, some phones didn't work, and the halls and lobby like 100°F. Price was really cheap, I had 2 rooms, we had to move one of the rooms due to no hot water in shower. At the end of the day, just a bed to sleep in and hardly that. I would hope some time soon owners decide that their guest and staff deserve a bit more.”

“The rooms were always clean, toilet, shower & hot water was always available. Refrigerator & microwave in room was a plus. Oh my God the staff was superb, friendly. Professional & above all kind. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I'm ever in Snellville or Lawrenceville again.”
