Pros: Very clean inside, very convenient location, full kitchen, reasonable price, good general inventory of pots/pans/plates for cooking and other general supplies. "The stay at APT suites in Rock Hill, SC was convenient with the kitchenette. We needed the larger sized refrigerator, and appreciated that the 2 queen beds were separate from the pull out couch. The space was good for the 3 of us staying for a softball tournament near by. The negatives were the people arguing late right next door, we could hear people walking around upstairs, and some of the area surrounding the hotel were rundown. "Had a great stay! Stayed in Southend and went to The Eagles concert at Spectrum. Owner very responsive, reserved parking (1 space) plus street parking. Apartment in a multiapartment building so a coded lock on outside door as well as on the apartment door (different codes). It is a second-floor apartment with no elevator. Owner provided bottled water, coffee machine and coffee bag, juice and basic mixers. Will be back."
