"Booking through hotels.com was very easy reservation was confirmed quickly. I was sent emails about checking in, I could check in using auto system. However, when I arrived at the hotel the system required booking reference. Unfortunately I had not been supplied with a booking reference. So I had to wait outside the hotel for over an hour before staff member turned up. The hotel itself though was very good. "
