Ontbijt was prima. De kamer redelijk. Een en ander mis in de badkamer toiletruimte. Schimmel onderaan het kozijn vd deur. Stank viel op als je de deur open deed. Kan iets lokaals geweest zijn. Dineren was karig. Allerlei drankjes op.

Arrived later than expected due to delays at the Channel Tunnel but staff kept the restaurant open so we could get some dinner. Rooms were good and shower hot. Breakfast was nice with a mixture of cereal, bacon & eggs, toast/breads, cheese/meat, croissants/pain au chocolat, etc. Good place for us to stay the night to break up our jounrney

Prima verblijf voor een overnachting onderweg. Ik vond het raar dat ik mijn creditcard moest laten scannen om mij eventueel te beboeten als ik zou roken op de kamer. Ik rook niet. Verder waren de handdoeken veel te groot en zwaar. Helemaal niet nodig. Badkamer had een nieuwe haardroger, te hoog opgehangen en de muur erachter niet netjes bijgewerkt.Het zijn kleine dingen die ik noem als tip om te verbeteren. We hebben heerlijk geslapen, het was rustig. Ontbijt was prima en personeel vriendelijk. Weinig personeel voor zoveel werk. Het hotel mag gen meer collega's geven.

Teleurstellend verblijf. Hotel is sterk verouderd en er hangt een muffe geur in het hele gebouw. De kamer is oud zonder airco en geen mini koelkastje om even wat drinken koud te zetten. Er hangt een wel een plafond waaier maar die zit vol met stof, het raam kan open maar niet vastgezet worden dus kleppert. Er is ook geen lift gelukkig zaten wij op de 2de etage dus makkelijk te lopen maar als je op 4 of 5 zit is het een beste klim. Het ontbijt kost 13.90 per persoon maar dit is echt belachelijk slecht een paar croissantjes en brood, kaas en ham. Alle potten jam en chocopasta leeg. De eieren waren nog vloeibaar. Het brood oud en hard. Het personeel is wel echt heel vriendelijk en zijn behulpzaam.

Our room was really run-down. When you enter the hotel, there‘s this strange smell that you go through, carpets everywhere. Breakfast was good, however only offered till 9.30. It‘s up on a hill - meaning that it‘s a difference in altitude of about 160 m to Rouen downtown. On the positiv side, it‘s quiet and right next to a large supermarket. Parking is available. No fridge, air conditioning (which is listed) is a fan. No cooling. We were on ground floor, so didn‘t want to open the window all the way.

L'hôtel était extrêmement bruyant. Le "confort" est payant en supplément ce qui est très dommage. ( Oreiller par exemple ). Une énorme araignée ( bien grosse bien poilu ) est resté sur le mur pendant 2 jours car la dame avait peur. Nous avons eu un souci lors de la réservation et nous avions demandé un petit déjeuné offert ( 13€ ) suite à deux chambres qui ont été payées et non utiliser sur une nuit ( et reloué du coup ) ce qui nous a été refusé ( alors que nous avons payé sur place ! ). Nous avons trouvé cela pas très commercial.

La chambre avait des volumes satisfaisant mais pas d’intimité car les murs sont minces. La propreté de la chambre était bien mais pas le hall de déjeuner car tout collait et les cueilleres n’était pas propres. Le personnel de l’accueil etait gentil et agréable. L’hôtel est vieillissant, les moquettes rouges dans l’escalier donnent un air poussiéreux rajoutant le côté vieux de l’hôtel et la cage d’escalier avec les plaquages bois façon chalet à la montagne c’est vraiment has-been. Sinon pour le prix c’est acceptable bien entendu.
