Durante la permanenza si è verificata una piccola incomprensione, gestita con grande professionalità e cortesia dal sig. Ezio, che ha saputo ascoltare le nostre esigenze e dimostrare una sincera attenzione nei nostri confronti. È proprio in queste situazioni che si apprezza la qualità del servizio. "A beautiful hotel with many buildings with different rooms. A clean large swimming pool in a beautiful courtyard which was welcome after a day sat in the car. Staff are very friendly and restaurant/bar service very good. A good meal in the courtyard restaurant. Easy to park. A spacious garden to walk around with our small dog. Air conditioning in our room was not very good at all. No fly screens fitted to windows so we couldn’t open windows due to high level of flies/bugs/moths."
