Great ski resort, it was very warm (mid Feb) but most runs were in good enough shape and I even managed to find some excellent off piste runs on slushy snow on south facing slopes. Since we visited out of the high season, we had no problem finding a space. Regarding the employees, some are very kind and some aren't. The air-conditioner in our room wasn't really effective. "The hotel is classed as 2 star and I guess that's about right, but I stayed in a 4 star the day after my stay at Hotel Blu Aran and immediately wished I could go back. It's honest, clean and the staff are wonderfully friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the kitchen could not provide dinner but the receptionist was wonderful and offered a suggestion in town which was one of the best meals I've ever had. The view from the room was idyllic and I have already planned my return next year"

"Stayed for UK half term so we could ski in Baqueira, a 15 minute drive up the valley. The apartment WS well located in ielha with the Mercadona supermarket a very short walk away as are the old town restaurant and gear shops. I’ve not given 5 stars because the boys found the sofa bed too firm (although after a couple of days skiing it didn’t matter they were so tired), the kitchen had no oven and parking was often a 5-10 minute walk away which seems even further carrying many skis and boots...

"It's a nice hotel with everything you need, situated at the edge of the town which is superb. We stayed at the end of the ski season. It was incredibly quiet.
