"We chose this location for its good reviews of price, room size and location close to public transportation for one week stay. There was a former breakfast room that provided self serve coffee and continental breakfast. There was daily room service. We were happy with everything except the check in process which was somewhat challenging. And the wifi which was essentially only available in hallways and common breakfast room because of the large buildings walls. "

It was clean, comfortable and had nice cold a/c which is important in the summer months. The train station was 15 mins away and only 20-35 minute walk to the Vatican, and other landmarks in Rome. "Great accommodation and stay from start to finish. Communication was good and everywhere you might want to visit is very handy to get to. We didn’t use the free breakfast offered next door so can’t comment on that but it’s very handy if you decide to do so. Everything you might need in the room is provided and we specially loved having the terrace.
The only thing we would have liked heads up on is the tax we had to pay on arrival. It was double on what it says here but that could be something...

"Loved this place. Everything I wanted in a quick stay.
Clean, comfortable(mattress was firm), close to everything. I need local access to buy good groceries, pizza, bar essentials for coffee and pastries. Everything I needed was there. Probably what I loved about the place, is the cleanliness. I saw the cleaning lady, she seemed to enjoy her job and work for the nice owner, which is why I believe she keeps the place tip top clean. Clean that I enjoyed walking barefoot, which most never happens....
