When we communicated to property management we were told, we know but there is nothing we can do about it. The apartment was very dirty and the property in general is lacking of basic maintenance. "Die Lage des Apartments ist großartig. Keine 10 Min zum Strand, noch schneller ist man im Zentrum. Trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Parken kann man am angrenzenden bewachten Parkplatz (bei uns für 10€/Tag) "
