โALL staff went above and beyond to greet us, smile and always ask if they could assist us. It is an older Resort but for the age we felt it wasn't that bad.โ
โThe property was beautiful and well kept. The staff here was so friendly and seemed to really want to be there. Walking down the pathways throughout the day, everyone says hello and good morning. There were many different food options, some better than others, but overall was good. We upgraded to the Preferred Club, which I don't really think was worth it. If we return, we would probably not do again. โ
โMy stay (6 days) was great.
My room was quiet and comfortable.
The hotel staff is mostly friendly and helpful.
I loved the beach across the street.
Restaurant suggestion: have a printed ( instead of verbal ) menu. โ
โIt was a beautiful property. Easy check in process. Accidently locked myself out of the room and was able to get to someone immediately for help. Walkable night life and great resturants nearby. โ
โI got to the hotel and staff had no record of reservation. I had paid ahead of time and after 2 hours I got another room which was not the room I thought I was getting. The room I got was good so it worked out OK. Management must work on being prepared to receive customers as registered.

โThese individuals always had a smile on their faces and seemed genuinely happy. They made our stay more enjoyable, and we want to return. The S hotel is lucky to have the following: Roan (bartender), Andre (aerobics), Jaedine (cafe), Gregory (chef), Sheldon (at the beach), Orel (best server), Darrell, Sheriann (great waitress) โ
โI was really looking forward to stay in this hotel since the pictures looked so nice. Place looks exactly the same as how it looks on picture. As soon as i entered the hotel, workers greeted me with welcome drink. Whole resort is just so nice. I strongly recommend getting spa massage here.โ
โMy stay here was nice. Everything was as advertised, nice scenery, clean and spacious rooms. The staff on site were nice and if we needed anything they were available to reach. Would stay again in the future!โ
