Apartment not functional. Two floors but not internally connected. So if you are a family with small kids there is no way they can sleep by themselves in one floor. Also there where cockroaches with their eggs.

Gran Pacifica is a great resort to be at. Incredible sunsets. I would say they need to improve the dining options. There's only one restaurant in site.

I was a little disappointed that's a beach front resort does not recommend swimming in the ocean because they say it is unsuitable. Also, where I stayed, there was some construction going on.

The one area that requires considerably better administrative oversight are the bathrooms contiguous to the restaurant: filthy, smelly, waterlogged, no soap in the dispensers.
