Wonderful surroundings, buildings and pools. The staff were attentive and the food just marvellous, both breakfast and evening meals. The only downside for us was that my elderly mother was visiting with us who found it difficult to get about as the buildings and pool are separate, it would have been good to have had an option for mum to be moved around in one of their electrical vehicles, and steps around the villa had no handrails so assistance was always required, but everything else was wonderful.

Incredible stay at this property. The location is amazing close to Multepulteno as well. We did a drive to sienna. we loved the pools. The staff were incredible. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I got a flat tire the day I was leaving the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to help me get the tire fixed so I could be on my way. The hotel is beautiful and the food was excellent. I also requested a more private room and the staff changed the room for me right away. Highly recommended for beauty, serene peace and quiet

A wonderful place to stay

A wonderful and relaxing stay under the Tuscan sun. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast each morning in the garden, the pool and the spa amenities which was included. The staff were great with making dinner reservations, brining things we needed into the room and overall their attentiveness.

Beautiful property! Here you are truly on vacation. Very serene and staff are all amazing. Food was also wonderful in the restaurant. Would highly recommend for a quiet getaway or even with family. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Absolutely breathtaking grounds and beautiful chic interiors. Everywhere you look just takes your breath away. Luxurious amenities use and generous breakfast. We really appreciated the extra small touches eg mini notes, biscotti in the room and farewell gift bag. Staff were friendly and wonderful.

This is a beautiful location and the facilities are stunning. Really everything is picture perfect and you are only 20 minutes from Montepulciano and 30 minutes from Pienza. Both are amazing to explore and offer excellent dining options. The concierge recommended Tuscan Sweet Dreams to take us to a vineyard and through the Val d’Orcia. This was truly memorable. I recommend it without hesitation. The hotel experience is absolutely top tier. The restaurant is not at the same level of perfection as the hotel stay.
