The rooms in the old section is very small with no table , no fridge or microwave and bathroom is also very tiny.

The Stevenson Monterey
Room was clean, staff was helpful but AC was hard to control. Location was good, close to wharf, walkable to restaurants and tourist sites. Staff was friendly and helped resolve problems with the electric sockets in bathroom.
