Great location just off of the main “strip” and near the beach. Our bathroom was located down a small flight of stairs but it was big and had double sinks. Room was clean and AC was nice on hot days. Monterosso was the right choice for our “home base” for the three nights we were in Cinque Terre. Would definitely recommend this property.

1.Good room. Neat room and big toilet. 2.Bad air conditioner. The power of air conditioner is weak 3.Terrible cleaning service. We asked for room cleaning three times. But nobody cleaned up. When the janitor came we asked for cleaning now. The janitor said she would come back later. But she did not come after all. We have been to numerous trips. This was the first time that I had not received the cleaning service. 4.kind people

This is a quaint little hotel, but the service was poor. We got locked out of the hotel and there was nobody to let us in. We almost missed our departing train as a result. There are virtually no services within the hotel, but lots to choose from close by. If booking back in Cinque Terre, we would probably consider other options with an actual reception desk.

Ça commençait bien dans une belle chambre.Malheureusement en soirée on nous dit de quitter précipitamment le lendemain pour changer de chambre dans un immeuble au 3 ème étage sans ascenseur. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas, le wifi est absent,la lumière de la salle de bains est défaillante. Et 3 étages à descendre avec les valises! C'est donc ma dernière expérience avec Hôtel com. Désolé

We loved I Tibei!

All the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was lovely, clean, and comfortable and the location couldn’t be better, with a 2 minute walk to the best beach and the train station. We highly recommend this hotel- you won’t be disappointed!

Great little beach side room

The room we had was excellent. Typical European smaller room, but right on the beach of Monterosso. Great location to shops, food, and walk out of the door to the beach to relax. Our window looked out over the beach and we fell asleep every night listening to the waves. No elevator, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Staff was great and very friendly. AC was good and much needed as our trip was in early August.

Wonderful Accommodations-Excellent Service

If you are looking to stay in Cinque Terre, I highly recommend staying at this place in Monterroso. We stayed 4 nights in June. GREAT location-steps to beach, close to train station, restaurants, markets, shopping, gelato, etc. WONDERFUL accommodations-we stayed in the triple room which had a HUGE terrace. There are no stairs which are a great plus when you have luggage. Room was very nice, clean & cleaned daily with fresh towels & great quality toiletries provided. Beach towels were also provided. Shower water pressure was strong, air conditioning was cold & there is a fridge & safe in the room. EXCELLENT customer service-the lady & guy at the front desk were exceptionally helpful & answered all our questions & helped us with whatever we needed. Once you get the address of the place, you should Google Earth so you are familiar on how to get there.

Good hotel

The hotel looks brand new! It was spacious, great shower and great bed! The location of was fantastic as it was only 2 min from the station and there were restaurants nearby as well. However, although we stayed 3 nights, no one ever changed our towels and everyday, they would take away hand towels that had been used but didnt replace them.

Last minute booking

The hotel staff was truly accommodating!! we last minute had to find a place to stay as our original lodging fell through due to bed bugs (ew). We booked the hotel and soon realized that the front desk closed at 7. I called and spoke with the manager and he said he would not leave until we arrived (45 minutes after closing). He mentioned that since it was a last minute booking we were not going to be able to stay in the same room both nights but that he would securely hold onto our belongings while we explored Cinque Terre the next day. Both rooms were lovely and worth the price.
