Located in an excellent area but need to work on details in the room to offer a better product and I’m sure it will turn into an excellent product to offer to customers (bathroom, sheets, mattress, towels).

The hotel is in a great location. The property is qui ye ran down. The shower is tiny and i almost didn’t fit inside it, plus it has an old school shower curtain that would adhere to my shoulders and legs all the time. The towels were tiny, paper thing, felt like sand paper, and were very worn out. The pillows seems like they were taken from a hospital and so did the sheets. My stay was alright but i would not stay here again

The room itself was good in that it had a nice size and a little kitchenette. However, there was an awful sewage smell that emitted from the sink in the kitchenette. Also, food smell would flood the room, but it made no sense because we were on floor 9. Also, the curtains didn't shut well so the room was flooded with light by 5am, making it impossible to sleep. The garage was so tight that a normal sedan could hardly maneuver- each time in and out was a trial by fire to see if we didn't crash into a post or another car. Had a single car been located in one of the spots, we would have been trapped forever. So be careful unless you have a smart car. The location was very nice, though.

The staff was GREAT! Check-in & Check out was a breeze. The hotel doesn't really look like the pictures on the site. Needs some work to be honest. We had 2 rooms and the AC and fridge in 1 of the rooms was really really loud. The other room had its issues as well. We paid for the breakfast for 3 days and to be honest it was more of a hassle than anything else. The first day we (along with other guests) waited for over 15 minutes for plates and cups to be brought out because the ones they had run out. The dining room staff (not all of them) was quite...bothered when asked several times about plates, cups, etc as well as replenishing of food items that had already run out and it was a Saturday at 9am...still 2 hours left for the breakfast round to be over.

Staff at check in was very nasty , the hotel is old and bad conditions very noise and the elevator makes noice all nite . You pay parking and there is no way to turn around underground garage only for 12 cars very narrow. I will not recommend this hotel for Expedia
