Late check in & surprising to find a queue - took longer than expected to get keys but receptionist was lovely. We booked a room for 4 but only one bed was made - we had to make the other ourselves. Beds very uncomfortable, particularly the springy sofabed! Breakfast was OK - the freshly squeezed oranges were the only positive.

Pluses: Accommodation was comfortable though basic. Kitchen was limited yet functional. Climate control was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for the location. Minuses: Keeping the shower from spraying onto the bathroom floor was a challenge. Night stands are small. We would return to Miranove but ask for a room that is not above the tram line, which was a little noisy.

Excellent quality accommodations. Unfortunately my room’s location was noisy from the tram bell below and the elevator and staircase door. Barking dog in the hotel throughout the evening. Ask for a quiet room.

Air conditioner and dishwasher did not work. We reported it numerous times and they never fixed it. It was very hot. The electric kettle did not work. We asked for a working one and never got it. The girl at the front desk was quite rude.

The location of the parking garage was confusing, and we initially parked at a nearby hotel’s parking lot by mistake. We had to go to the reception first to get proper directions. The room temperature couldn’t be adjusted and was stuck at 28°C, making it very hot. Opening the window wasn’t a good solution either, as there was loud drumming outside and construction started early in the morning right outside the window with scaffolding. The bathroom had stains from someone dyeing their hair, and when we tried to use the toaster, it caused a power outage in the room. Although the staff at reception were friendly, there were just too many problems overall.

HĂŽtel bien situĂ© et propre. Personnel trĂšs agrĂ©able. Appartement assez spacieux. Il n'y avait pas de savon Ă  notre arrivĂ©, pas gĂ©ant car on avait le nĂŽtre mais ça manque quand mĂȘme. La gestion des plaque pour le parking serait un rĂ©el plus afin d'Ă©viter les dĂ©sagrĂ©ment.

Cet hĂŽtel ne mĂ©rite pas ses Ă©toiles !!! C'est extrĂȘmement bruyant, merci les trams!!! Pas de clim fonctionnel. J'ai indiquĂ© que la douche Ă©tait bouchĂ©e. Ils ont donc fait intervenir quelqu'un qui n'a pas daignĂ© ramener avec lui les serviettes et torchons sales qu'il avait utilisĂ©s!!! Pour le checkout j'ai du attendre que la rĂ©ceptionniste finisse sa discussion avec sa copine au petit dĂ©jeuner, en finissant son croissant. INCROYABLE !!! L'appartement est bien refait, propre et agrĂ©able. C'est un bel endroit mais... pas pour y dormir (le comble pour un hĂŽtel). Chambre sur une station de tram (bruit permanent du tram, disputes de marginaux dans la nuit..) TrĂšs TRES mal insonorisĂ©. Donc, trĂšs mauvaise nuit Les chambres sur la rue sont vraiment Ă  bannir. Peut-ĂȘtre que d'autres chambres sont plus calmes ???... Parking payant Ă©troit (mais tout de mĂȘme existant) Cher pour Montpellier et vraiment trop bruyant.

Bien aimĂ© mon sĂ©jour, correspond aux attentes. Cependant, l’air climatisĂ© n’étais pas encore en marche, ainsi il faisait extrĂȘmement chaud. Le personnel ma suggĂ©rĂ© d’ouvrir les fenĂȘtres pour rĂ©ussir Ă  rafraĂźchir un peu la chambre. Il faisait 31 degrĂ©s Ă  l’intĂ©rieur comme Ă  l’extĂ©rieur et c’était extrĂȘmement bruyants Ă  l’extĂ©rieur. La chambre comprenait un mini frigo et le nĂ©cessaire d’une cuisine.
