Nice vacations apartment!

Welcoming staff with all the information you can need for your stay. The apartment was clean and spacious for four people, the toilett could be bigger for a better comfort but it was ok anyways. Good size pool but super crowd att all times! Near the beach eith private entrance for a shorter walk to the beach. Small breakfast restaurant but if you walk some 10min you can find many restaurants, the cafeteria could be bigger and with more options. The supermarket is ver far away (carrefour) so be prepared to walk anlong distance to bring your food home. We recommend it!

First the Bad: There was no indication in the Expedia Reservation or information that there are NO Sheets, Towels or Toilet Paper included!! We had to pay €72 ($119 CAD) just to get Bed Sheets and Towels! They also said we need to go buy our own Toilet paper from the market that is 15 minutes away. You need to clean your own room before check out or they charge an extra €55 ($91 CAD). I would have booked another property if I knew this ahead of time. No air conditioning. Now the Good: Fairly close to the Beach and Waterfront Promenade where there are tons of great Restaurants and Shopping. The pool at this place was nice in the afternoon to cool down.

Great holiday!

Staff were very friendly, each check in and out. The pool is lovely and a short walk to the beach and close to the beachfront restaurants and bars. It was nice to walk there in the evenings. Although it was super hot, the fan was great and helped cool our apartment, the pull down shade was also very useful. We brought our own bedding and towels, this was made clear in the booking process. We also paid for the secure parking. It's a lovely residence and we would definitely go back there again!

I have already filled out a previous complaint I wasn’t willing to have my family stay there and had to find alternative accommodation immediately. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and expect to get a refund for the accommodation part of my trip, flights and car rental were perfect.

L'hôtel est bien situé géographiquement, clame, la piscine est magnifique. Mais le couverture 4g est nulle, les lits ne sont pas du tout comfortable. Il faut prévenu de payer des services des dra et serviettes.

Très déçue de notre séjour. Dès le premier jour, la chaleur dans le logement était insupportable. Il n'y a aucune climatisation dans tout l'établissement et les ventilateurs mis à disposition étaient inutilisables tant ils brassaient de l'air chaud. Avec cette canicule, l'air est irrespirable à l'intérieur. La température atteint encore 32 °C le soir. Il est impossible de dormir correctement : nous ne nous endormons pas avant 4 heures du matin tellement il fait chaud. Ce ne sont plus des vacances, mais de la survie. De plus, les accès aux espaces extérieurs ferment à 23 h. Avec une telle chaleur, il est donc impossible de sortir prendre un peu l'air ou de trouver un endroit plus frais pour se rafraîchir. Nous avons également rencontré des problèmes avec le badge d'accès, qui ne fonctionnait pas et qu'il fallait faire réactiver à la réception. C'est une contrainte supplémentaire qui n'est pas acceptable pendant un séjour. À cela s'ajoute un problème d'hygiène : nous avons trouvé des cafards à deux reprises dans le logement, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus désagréable. C'est vraiment dommage, car dans ces conditions, il est impossible de profiter pleinement de nos vacances. J'espère que des solutions seront rapidement mises en place pour améliorer le confort des vacanciers, notamment en période de canicule, en installant une climatisation ou des équipements adaptés, en réglant les problèmes de badges et en renforçant le traitement contre les nuisibles.

1ere chose a girf , CV'edt f'aboir mal " apprécié" la surface des petits logements 22 M2 pas trop chers . Étant pas en haute saison , nous avons pu obtenir un logement dvrc une chambre indépendante . Mais + 300 € ... 2eme . De ne pas avoir assez lu le drta df l'équipement , mais surtout de ce qu'il manquait , a savoir , la climatisation , et la TV . La TV on peut se la procurer en plus value , mais l'ensemble des logements est non climatisé . En période de canicule , ça a été violent . Les points positifs , le personnel d'accueil , les grands espaces verts très fleuris et bien entretenus , une assez grande piscine , et la résidence pas loin du tout de la mer .
