"This hotel has so much potential but is ruined by the staff’s combativeness/defensiveness. I tried to speak to them and had no other choice but to leave a negative review. This hotel is currently under renovations that you can hear at 8 am so if this is something that bothers you be advised. The pool is big and has a waterslide. It was the reason we booked this hotel in the first place. I was disappointed that it wasn’t heated though. I wish it was. Only kids were in the pool probably for that reason. I would highly recommend they consider this. This is where it starts to get bad. The restaurant is the only source of anything to eat or drink. There are vending machines but they are not plugged in. In the middle of eating dinner, the waiter came over and made us pay the bill. Didn’t even ask if we were done or if we wanted dessert or coffee. My husband ordered steak which said it came with steamed vegetables. It arrived at the table with fried. When my husband asked about the vegetables another waitress got all mad and said you had to ask for that as if we were supposed to know. When my husband tried to contest, she said he can have them but they’d have to charge us. So we said forget it. Another suggestion we tried to mention was it would be nice if they offered coffee in the lobby. The staff once again instead of listening for defensive and said that we offer our guests coffee in the room. Keep in mind this hotel makes a killing off of events and weddings. "

"This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and i choose ot everytime bacause i know it's clean and well kept with friendly staff. The location is close to everything you need at walking distance. I park in the underground parking and my car doesnt move till its time to leave. Will stay here again next time i go. Whenever that may be"
