Great in every way. Perfect location for exploring the city as first-timers. Lovely 24/7 on-site concierge. Huge rooms with AC, washer, dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer and stove, including cookware and coffee maker. Only the bed sheets were a bit stiff/dry but overall bed was very comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again if coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at The Cove Hotel! The room was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and provided the perfect place to unwind. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. Having convenient laundry facilities on-site was a huge plus for our trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

Overall our experience at the Cove was good! We had some challenges with our room code and then another incident happened that required us to move rooms but in both instances, the staff was great at accommodating and communicating !

The room was clean and accurate to the listing. The location of the hotel is perfect since it’s near a lot of great places and has easy access to transit systems. The only issue we had was that the air conditioning wasn’t getting cool enough since we’re here in the summer. The room would get humid at some point so we’d just crack open the windows and it’d be fine, but I wish the air conditioning was a little better. Overall, it was a good place to stay :)

Amazing location near metro, restaurants and shops! Our room was extremely clean and quiet (couldn't hear neighbors or street noise). Check in and logistics were easy and we were grateful for easy and reasonable parking nearby. The bed wasn't super comfortable (felt like thick plastic over wobbly coils), but we managed. We'd stay here again and bring a mattress topper!

Great location, short walk to Mont Royal Metro Station. In room Wash & Dryer is great. Next door to cafe & bakery Toledo. A lot of restaurants, eateries and grocery stores. One can really walk and enjoy around here.

Great stay! The room was clean and quiet and the kitchen had everything we needed. The spot was the BEST and we honestly didn’t even know it until we got there. Right on main streets with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, vintage shops, and general fun city activity. Walking distance to some beautiful parks. The only downside was having to pay for parking a block away ($15CAD/day). However, with the affordable price of our stay, it probably evened out with a place that would’ve had “free” parking. Would overall recommend a stay here!

Good experience overall. It’s basically apartments turned into hotel rooms so great amenities within the room (kitchen, laundry). There were a few things that could be fixed, like a big hole in the wall over the bed (probably for the installation of a light or something) and the blinds were great but the mechanism to open and close them was broken so we couldn’t really open our window to look out.

I had an amazing stay at The Cove Hotel! Amina greeted me warmly, and we shared a good laugh. Maxim was equally kind. My room was spotless, spacious, and came with a full kitchenfridge, freezer, dining table all set up adorably. Housekeeping was so helpful, ensuring my heater was perfect. Honestly, why stay anywhere else? I’ll definitely be back! And I want to give a special shout-out to the staff for staying professional, even when guests were stressed. Room was exactly as pictured! Very clean and modern. Had a lovely one week stay here and would definitely come back if I ever returned to the area. Staff were very friendly and attentive. If we had an issue or needed something, they were readily available to help. Hotel is conveniently located along the orange metro line and is a quick walk from many good food options and sights! Our only suggestion for improvement would be for the hotel to provide guests with more cleaning supplies, such as napkins, a broom, or stove-top cleaner. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay in this bustling part of the city!
