We had a suite and the room was modern and cozy. Very nice! Only one issue, we arrived late at night after a long day of travel and recieved zero info on parking even after we informed the hotel by phone that we would arrive late at night with car. I got a message 2 hours before we arrived that they prepared a letter with info about our check-in procedure and our keys to the suite. We got the letter, prepared with info about our room...but nothing about parking. Didn't expect them to be located in a limited traffic zone and also have zero parking availible. Had to find parking in the area at 01:00 in the morning scrolling through a facebook post from someone with same parking issue. We found a public parking space a few hundred meters away. Not the most premium experience, unlike what you would expect from a resort like this. Of course, it was our fault arriving late and not researching more about this before hand. But my advice to the hotel is to have info about all of these essentials prepared for late arriving guests which would've saved our long day from becoming an even longer night.
