"Rooms were nice and big. Breakfast was good had lots of options for the whole family. The pool and hot tub area was clean, kids had fun playing in there for hours. Pool is not that deep perfect for little kids but with the waterslide still fun for older kids."

"This was my second stay at this Best Western and overall this hotel does a great job. I had booked a King suite for the extra space to host family we were visiting in town. No complaints about cleanliness or condition of the facilities. I would recommend anyone to stay. My only negative experience was with other guests on this particulsr weekend who had children with them for hockey tournaments. Guests allowed their kids to run the halls very late into the evening. Pool hours for people under 18 was like 10 or 10:30. I was hearing boys ages 8-14 or so running the halls until nearly midnight, chasing, yelling, playing in the ice vending room. It was not acceptable and it would have been entirely preventable had parents and staff alike been aware of this, cared, and intervened. I had to step out of my room and address these boys, telling them to stop because people were trying to sleep. It toned down slightly but did not end for another hour. I recognize this was an isolated event."

"My wife and I were very pleased from the beginning Check-in.. The staff was especially welcoming and Helpful. The rooms look like they were recently all upgraded, very very, clean and quite nice. The entire atmosphere of the Facility was Way above average.. The day left we discovered later that I could not find the cell phone.. we called back and talked to Nick, who stepped up and did a number of things to help us out and look for the lost phone.. His professionalism, demeanor and willingness to help was very, very exceptional. He truly took the time and really cared about doing the best thing for us.. Thank you Nick For a job well done!!"
