"Overall our experience was pretty good. Upon check in, they tried to charge us $300 more than what was shown as the total when we booked. They eventually gave us a new total but never said why there was a discrepancy. Double check before they charge you when you check in. The room was nice and clean. There isn’t a microwave in the room and the fridge is full of stuff to buy. We were staying for 5 days and needed groceries so we very carefully took the drinks in the fridge out to make room. It was a bummer they didn’t have a microwave in room but do have one in a common room. This property is a good walk to town which was super nice and overall the staff were extremely friendly. We took advantage of their game room almost every night, they have a really cool Raptor Encounter on Thursdays, and a daily happy hour with a drink and snack. The pool is clean and has a lot of lounging around it. We would recommend this to friends but would caution them on some small things."

"Staff in Grill and Whetstone are EXCELLENT!! So very nice, the Grill breakfast is outstanding! The woman upon check in and check out left a lot to be desired. Zero personality, far different from the servers in the dining facilities."
