"We stayed at this property for 2 nights. The host’s communication was timely and efficient, we also appreciated the early check-in and the option to store our luggage after check-out. However, we encountered an unexpected issue. The property is spread over two levels, upon arrival, we naturally explored the space. "The property was in a lovely location and handy for local amenities! Very quiet and lovely to sit outside and listen to the bagpipes on a morning! The only down side was the drive down to the property and the potholes if they were filled in it would have been a much easier drive in and out. "

"We happen to arrive during an unusually big storm that took out the electricity for many miles around the area. They offered us our rooms with flashlights and warm showers. Fortunately, the electricity came on during the night, so we got to experience the Tendrum Lodge during normal operations as well. The staff was so very reassuring during the outage and when the electricity came on. We will definitely be back."

"The hotel once our Sat Nav got us there was very very good. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The room was spacious and beautifully clean with a lovely big bathroom with a full size bath and shower. The breakfast was really lovely again really friendly helpful staff. Our evening meal was also a delight and reasonably priced. My husband bought me a hot stones massage from the Spa for my birthday. It was done by the lovely LJ and was so relaxing. We finished our visit off with an afternoon tea It was so good. But so much we brought a lot of it home in boxes. We’d definitely go back. "
