"Checked in 2 hours early so I was charged the extra $40 - ok no problem. We get to our room and it was a mess. Maid service wasn’t done. Bed was messed up. Trash everywhere. Bathroom disgusting. Go back to the front desk to a rude associate telling me the fee couldn’t be returned because I was still early. But nothing for the inconvenience of a dirty room and having to go get a new room. Hotel elevator didn’t work properly. Had to use the UP button to go down. The table dealers were unfriendly and some had poor attitudes. One even screaming twice for a pit boss because another player hadn’t finished getting their gambling money out before sitting down. It was unnecessary. "

"Didn’t like the housekeeping and front desk support. Stayed there for 2 nights and when entered inside found the floor having leftover stuffs and uncleaned entire apartment floor. They also had left one hoodie in the kitchen counter. When called after checkin the hotel room, they said they can’t send housekeeping service because it was late at night around 11am which I understand but they didn’t help in getting that cleaned throughout our stay for 2 nights. Even the person came and verified that night that the floor was not cleaned and had dirt and leftover stuffs from last customers and said someone can help clean it next day. Next day I called 2 times and texted also the front desk people 2 times. They said someone will come and clean but nobody showed up. Extremely unprofessional and unhygienic property to stay the least. Never considering this property again and it’s hurting brand name of Holiday Inn. "

"Hotel was a great experience. Nice view of the Mountains and city in the night. Rooms were spacious and living room was pretty big for kids to crawl and play. Staff was reachable and made accommodations. Hotel was extremely clean and was a quiet place. Overall, a great experience and would book again. "

"This is a timeshare accomodation but was reserved through cheaptickets. We love worldmark because it's staying in a fully furnished condo. We cook breakfast and have freshly brewed coffee in the room before going out. The place is newly renovated. The staff is great, parking is never an issue. It's on Kingsbury grade, we like it because it's far from the noisy blvd "

"There are absolutely no ADA devices like hand rails next to any shower, tub or toilet as required by law. There are no non slip shower or tub floors (or stickers that accomplish the same thing), the toilets are so low that I honestly think you bought them on sale at a preschool closure. The hand rails into the spas were loose and swung around when you gripped them. There were broken and missing tiles surrounding the pool and spas that were a hazard. None of the piping hot water outlets into the pool or spas are marked or painted. They blend in totally as they’re the same color as the walls. We literally watched a three year old child receive second degree burns when he inadvertently waded by one of them. He screamed for twenty minutes and the staff were like “oh well, it’s a hot spring!” This was ridiculous! Dinner was excellent, but a 3 1/2 hour ordeal. The dining room was overbooked, there were only 2 servers working the floor, and we waited 20 minutes for every request: drink menu after we were seated…water refill…ordering…desert…waiting for our check…it was INTERMINABLE!! In addition, there was a very large party that was allowed to drunkenly sing throughout their dinner while staff did nothing to shut them up. Despite the cleanliness , the friendliness of staff and the gorgeous views, there is a definite sense of neglect and lack of consideration by management and/or owners for their customers safety and well being. I’ll NEVER stay here again. "

"Property said they couldn't find the reservation. They gave us a room and said they would research it, and now are saying they are going to charge us the walk-in rate. Also, I was charged an international transaction fee for a domestic property reservation."

"Everything was a disaster, we got there and there was no electricity on December 24th and 25, we couldn’t do anything, we were hungry with no food, we couldn’t use the stove because was electric, we couldn’t use the microwave, coffee maker, tv, not even the shower because the water was cold, we we were using our phones to light the table to eat some chips and salsa and then the next day I was waiting for the front desk girl that works there and she got there late I wanted to see if we could stay another day and they basically kicked us out. I talked to the manager Jackie over the phone and she was rude. The place is nice, but those two girls very rude"
