"The building had broken out windows. Most of the blinds were missing slats. The hotel itself smelled horrible. Would not stay there for nothing. We actually checked in somewhere else."

"I was told there would be a shuttle to and from the airport. I called the front desk when I arrived at the airport. The front desk informed me the shuttle was not working and that they would assist me with a Uber. They said they would send me an Uber link to my phone so I could have one pick me up. I called multiple times and said the link never was sent to my phone. I ended up paying for the Uber they never compensated me for it. When I arrived in my hotel room, I had to go down to the front desk because I had no shampoo, soap or towels in my room. When checking out you would think they would credit me or anything for my two nights but nothing was offered. "

"This was a not-so-good experience. There was no one at the check-in upon arrival & we waited 15-20 min for someone to show up. Hallways were not clean, needed a detail cleaning near the floor boards, the room was the same. Shower was old & grout fill was yellow in color, which didn’t look attractive at all. Continental Breakfast was minimal & the toaster did not work. I will not be choosing this hotel for another stay."

"The airport shuttle is not available during the evening hours. We reserved our room with a note that stated our flight was landing at midnight and would require the shuttle. When we arrived we were told that the shuttle was not running because we didn’t notify the hotel so we had to call a cab."

"Our 2nd stay at this location. Room was clean and comfortable, the check in was fast and easy. Only issue was during the complimentary happy hour one of the staff that took our order said it was only good for one drink on the menu. No other choices. He/she/they/them then made a smart @ss comment saying that “it’s the only choice- get over it—-it’s free”. Being a bit intoxicated already I wasn’t in the mood to complain but the comment was not necessary. So if I wasn’t so intoxicated it likely wouldn’t have been pretty—- so despite the staff member being a dooshBag our stay was pretty amazing."

"This was our second time staying at The Magnolia. Everything was good. We had an issue our first night with the air conditioning not working in our room and I was very impressed with the way the staff handled it. Within a few minutes of my call to the front desk they offered to move us to another room on the same floor which we gladly took. It was nice to not have to deal with maintenance showing up and trying to fix it and then potentially having it not work again. Our only other request would be to have ice machines on each floor. "
