“This was our second time staying in a week. During our first stay, our air was not working and Dylan the front desk staff came up and worked on it. He would have given us a different room, but they were full. The owner/manager have us a credit on the room. So we decided to stay again on the way home. Dylan once again was amazing and accommodating. This young man is 25 and takes great pride in his job. Definitely recommend if you are needing a place to stay near Dandridge, Pigeon Forge or...

“The stay was great and it’s by everything, however I only had one wash cloth and it was two of us. I asked housekeeping if I could get another wash cloth. Other than that it was great”

“Breakfast options were really poor. Place in general is really run down.”

“I stayed here last year, and everything was great. The room was clean, and I had a good experience. Unfortunately, this year was very disappointing. The room was not as clean, the bathroom had a very strong urine smell, and we even found a cockroach. It was frustrating to see such a difference compared to our previous stay. The main reason we chose this place again was its convenient location, as it is very close to downtown and provides easy access to the city. However, the cleanliness issues...
