“Was way overpriced”

“This place needs a complete renovation. Everything, and I mean everything, is old. The outdoor pool is cemented shut even though it's advertised as having an outdoor pool. The carpets are torn and smelly. The toilet was so low to the ground that I felt like I was sitting on the floor. The coffee maker and juice dispenser in the kitchen were broken. There was a minimal amount of breakfast food to choose from. We were extremely dissatisfied and will never stay there again.”

“Wonderful stay! They even called to make sure we were checking in/made special arrangements for us to arrive late. Excellent location. Just be mindful you probably won’t have cell signal—but the WiFi works so well I hardly noticed I didn’t have reception. Would definitely stay here again!”

“It's a such a beautiful place Mainly for golf seekers. Yet u could enjoy the area around... Foot trail , lake, peace and quiet. Loved it, my friend nurse and I nurse such an escape from reality. 1000 thanks/ God bless you. There is also a great dinner/ roscoe for a breakfast/ so delicious and Italian restaurant/ dont remember the name of it. Richmond's? “Surprised at the condition of rooms. Bathroom poorly outdated and room felt rundown. Pleasantly employees but disappointing quality.”

“Beautiful Hotel and Casino but Happy Hour never happed. The bartenders at the 360 Bar were nonexistent. Asked at the other Bars and they said we cannot Honor that. We were disappointed.”

“The place is in a beautiful spot but totally run down. The staff does not care about the guests and will do nothing to help. No coffee until like 7:45 if you’re lucky. No complimentary coffee as advertised. Really disappointed all around. Place is so old and smelly. If you like nursing homes than you might enjoy staying. Sorry but true. Also would have been nice to know that they bus in inner city kids with one chaperone. I mean the kids were pretty nice but over ran the lobby and pool areas and...

“The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive.”
