Hart's Hotel

"reat location, but very hot room We had a one-night stay at Hart's Hotel in Nottingham with two adults and two teenagers. The hotel is in a great location if you’re exploring Nottingham, and parking is available for an additional fee, which was very convenient. Our family room was a decent size for four people and having two bathrooms was a real bonus. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The main downside was the lack of air conditioning. The room was extremely hot during our stay. One fan was provided, but it wasn’t really enough for four people and was also far too noisy to leave on at night. Even with the windows open, we could barely sleep because of the heat. The gym was also disappointing if you’re expecting proper fitness facilities. It is essentially a very small box room with very little equipment inside. The sofa bed for the kids was another downside, as it wasn’t as comfortable as having proper mattresses. Despite these issues, we would stay again because of the excellent location, convenience and overall cleanliness of the hotel."

"Very pleasant and efficient staff. Room clean and well appointed. A few dings on doors and a coffee stain on the carpet, otherwise well presented. Lost marks by permitting loud drilling in the breakfast room with 40-50 guests present, when they could have waited 45 minutes for breakfast to finish. That said, good value for money overall and would return."

"Staff were lovely and helpful. We were lucky enough to get a parking spec too. Excellent value for the centre of Nottingham. Really handy having a kitchenette with a fridge. We used it for making drinks and snacks. Comfortable bed and a quiet room as we'd requested. Rock City wasn't open so we couldn't say what a weekend would be like when it's open. Nice to have a morning croissant and coffee - snack and go, included in the price. Lovely clean room. Only negative, the bathroom had a slight smell to it, but was very clean looking with lovely white towels."

"Great location, lovely staff, and a cute little room with a comfy bed. The only thing I will say is it might be good to take earplugs; the rooms get hot, and being in a central place, even tucked away, there was a lot of noise from people outside, including banging on the doors. Earplugs definitely needed, but that's nothing to do with the venue, hence not changing my rating."
