โFor the price that I paid I was absolutely well pleased with this place! The staff are friendly and very welcoming, the place itself is light, airy and very clean!
The room itself is lovely and relaxing, the bed was nice and comfortable and to boot, the property was in a small courtyard area away from the Main Street, so considering youโre slap bang in the middle of Nottingham, thereโs very little noise throughout the night!

โFabulous place , Jeff the host was so accommodating. A real hidden gem in the heart of the city. We stayed in the Linen suite and it felt like our own little 5* apartment. You also get 20% off all food and drink at the adjoining bar which was a bonus. โ

โNice hotel, got some great parts done ok parts.
Check in on Saturday was very slow. Not sure why, but it took 25 mine to get checked in as some customers ahead of us, seemed to take forever to get resolved. Not sure why that was, staff, systems, or booking issues... Who knows, but with only 2 people before us, 25 mins is not great.
The hotel is nice though,service is good, rooms are good, no real complaints. The lifts are very slow though and we thought they would break at any...
โI canโt believe this even until now, but there was mould on the duvet cover... Seriously? Yes. Fortunately the receptionist changed the duvet cover but still there was a hair on the mattress and the pillow. Better not to expect the cleanliness here. โ
