"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. "Family stopover for 2 nights. Check in staff were super friendly and helpful, highly commendable. Room was decent size and did everything we needed from in. Loads of activities and things to do. Balcony was on the small size was only grumble but not a deal breaker for us."

"First time in Morzine and had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Staff were all really friendly, the food was excellent (had dinner one night as well as breakfast everyday) and the pool, hot tub, games room etc. were all excellent. The room was clean and well specced out. Nice balcony overlooking the mountains and aircon was bliss. Definitely keen to return asap!"

"The location is excellent, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. At first, it wasn’t very clear how to get from Morzine to Avoriaz, and we didn’t realize that there are public lifts in Avoriaz, but once we figured it out, everything was easy. Overall, it’s a fantastic place with breathtaking views. Highly recommended!"
