Friendly, safe and warm hotel. The staff were very accommodating and helpful (I checked in hours before the standard time and when I checked out they allowed me to leave my suitcase in reception until I came back from shopping and was ready to get my taxi to the airport).

decent hotel for the price, service lagging

Lived there 12 days. Decided to stay there mainly because it is 50 metres to medical centre of Pirogov's, where we had treatment. This was of course unbeatable advantage. Hotel is OK, overall. Pros: check in/out 24 hours a day, cold/hot water dispenser on the floor, several small shops around, close to bus/tram station, rooms are quite clean, price is good. Cons: located far from the centre, nearest sunway station is nearly 2 km away, no large shopping centres around. Wifi did not work first two days. Later it worked, but my laptop had intrusion security alerts, so I gave up using hotel's 'free' wifi. Service: better on some days, and not so good on others. Clients are not a priority there. The reason might be I booked over Hotels.com :( What made me rate bad is that I booked for one day more than I should have. I wanted to cancel the last night, and informed hotels.com customer support 24 hours prior to check out. Customer support told me it is hotel's discretion to refund for nights-not-stayed. Anyway, even after a call and an email, hotel charged my card.

Основным критерием выбора стало ближайшее с гостиницей расположение НМХЦ им. Н.И. Пирогова, здание которого расположено на другой стороне улицы. Бронировали номер с предоплатой - никаких проблем и дополнительных сборов не было. Номер предоставили раньше положенного срока, причем выдали ключи от номера категорией выше, нежели бронировали. Проживание в гостинице комфортное: чистый просторный номер с холодильником и телевизором. В номере на втором этаже было тихо: не слышно ни шума с улицы, ни от соседей. За окном улица в среднем со спокойным движением. До площади трех вокзалов получилось добраться на такси за 35 минут. Утром в кафе на первом этаже предоставляется бесплатный завтрак с выбором блюд (не шведский стол). Днем и вечером можно не очень дорого перекусить. К сожалению, из-за раннего отъезда завтрак в последний день пришлось пропустить, но взамен предоставили бесплатный ужин днем накануне. Огромное спасибо всему персоналу гостиницы!

cheap hotel. you pay what you got.

1. the Internet is very bad, the Wi-Fi is not working in room. you have go front desk to got the Wi-Fi. 2. the hotel is need walk 20 min to the Subway. 3. the breakfast only have 2 choices for each day. very poor. 4. Shower room is very small ( good for 6 years child only) 5. room is clean and warm.

Приезжал в Москву с целью посещения Пироговского центра - в моем городе нет квалифицированных специалистов. Нужно было пройти обследование, на что потребовалось бы несколько дней. Поэтому решил остановиться в Первомайской из-за близости гостиницы к Центру. Гостиница оправдала все мои ожидания: уютный чистый номер, явно после недавнего ремонта, возможность позавтракать и пообедать в ресторане на первом этаже. В последний день проживания пришлось отложить выезд, о чем уведомил администратора - проблем не возникло. Спасибо!

Тихий, удобный и чистый отель.

Очень понравилась администрация отеля. Все проблемы решались. Отель тихий, приятный, теплый. Хороший завтрак. Пытались делать уборку и замену полотенец чаще, чем это было необходимо. Спасибо отелю.
