"Easy location to parking lot, and ample parking. AC worked. Didn't like reprogramming the TV input every time we returned to room. Little run down but kept up. Lot of travelers at this time so constantly running out of coffee, food, sugar, creamer... "

"my review is that the front desk, friendly but gave me incorrect shuttle info and even wrote it on my room key card. I stay there to use your shuttle and when in the morning I was told it doesn't operate until after my flight check in. very unprofessional, inconvenient and I can't stay there anymore. I do want reinbersment for the problem"

"Inn at American is a great budget friendly hotel. It’s always good for a decent place to stay. Especially for those fast, friendly, business trips."

"The room was clean, high quality, had comfortable beds and new furniture. The bathroom was clean, well lit and the shower had good pressure. The water is a bit soft, which made washing soap off quickly a bit challenging. The staff was excellent in all aspects and the breakfast was really good and quickly refreshed when stuff ran low."
